Cedar River Watershed Education Center Facility Rental

The Cedar River Watershed Education Center, operated by Seattle Public Utilities, has three indoor spaces and one outdoor space available for meetings, retreats, weddings, parties, and other special events. The beautiful setting, mountain views, and inspirational landscape make the Center an exceptional place for your next professional planning session, community event, or family get-together. Maximum capacity is 100 people, regardless of number of rooms rented.

Auditorium

This meeting space is appropriate for large groups. It features a fully-equipped kitchen, sound system, motorized screen, power point slide and overhead projectors, as well as wireless internet and phone access. The auditorium seats approximately 80 people at tables or 100 in rows.

Meeting Room

This bright, open room has windows on all sides, allowing plenty of natural light and unobstructed views of the courtyard and beautiful landscaping. It seats 8 to 10 people and has a white board. Kitchen access is available.

Loon and Lichen Learning Laboratories

Each laboratory seats about 15 people. These laboratories can be utilized separately or as one large space seating 30 people. An optional room divider provides an excellent sound barrier and each space has a counter and sink. The Loon Lab also has a white board. Kitchen access is available.

Heritage Court
Located between the Auditorium and Learning Labs, the Heritage Court is a wide open-air space that takes advantage of spectacular views of Rattlesnake Ledge and Lake. In dry weather, it can serve as an added rental space. The Heritage Court cannot be rented alone.
