Habitat Restoration at Cedar Falls
Volunteers, including a group from REI and the North Face, pitched in to plant red cedar, Sitka spruce, salal and other native plants in two sites near Cedar Falls. At lunch, the group learned about the area’s colorful history as a former corridor and fueling station for the rumbling railroad.
